This fortnight we are joined by Paul Murphy aka Mudd whose label Claremont 56 releases beautifully packaged records, CDS and the limited edition “Originals” compilation series. From balearic, kraut rock jams, unreleased punk funk classics, graphic designer dad house and more, this label has some of the fanciest artwork in the biz. Mudd, also a DJ and producer, has collaborated with Sal P (Liquid liquid), Holger Czukay (Can), Ahmed Fakroun and Jazz drumming legend Chico Hamilton. Mudd joins us live in the studio for a hotmix and chat, so tune in to find out what else he is planning for his awesome label’s 5th year anniversary.
